Our Home Building Process
1. Plan It
What does your dream home look like? We aim to bring that vision to life. During our first meeting, we'll walk you through our home-building process and address any initial questions you have. Whether you already have a design or need one created, we’ll collaborate with you to match your needs. We’d love to see your inspiration photos, talk about your goals, and establish the project budget.
2. Price It
Once your house plan is finalized, we move into the budgeting phase. We'll assist you in prioritizing your needs and desires to ensure the best quality in your new home. This is where your dream list aligns with your budget.
3. Design It
Building a custom home means you get to choose every detail! While this is an exciting process, we understand it can be overwhelming. To make it easier, we offer time with a designer who will help guide you through the selection process to ensure everything is just right.
4. Build It
Once the engineering is finished and permits are approved, construction begins! Throughout this phase, we’ll schedule several walk-throughs for different stages: electrical, low voltage, trim, built-ins, and final inspection. This is the fun part—watching your home take shape and seeing your dream becoming a reality.
5. Live It
It’s time to move in and enjoy your dream home! We’ll hand over the keys and you’ll officially be part of our family. We’ll check in with you after one month and again after a year to ensure everything is perfect and you’re loving your new space. We’re proud to have been a part of building your lasting legacy!
